  1. In a Pressure Cooker add soaked Masoor Dal,sliced Onion,tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder,Red Chilli Powder,Red chilli flakes, Chicken Cube,lemon juice,2Glasses of Water and salt to Taste.
  2. Pressure cook it on High Flame till 1 Whistle, then cook on low flame for 30mins.
  3. When all Pressure is released, open the lid.
  4. Slightly mash the Dal with spoon and transfer it to Pot.
  5. In a tadka Pan add Ghee, when ghee is hot, add cumin seeds.
  6. When cumin seeds starts Crackling,add Chopped Onions,when onions starts becoming golden,add Ginger Garlic paste and Split Green Chillies.
  7. Pour Tadka over Dal and let it simmer for 5mins on medium flame,add Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  8. Serve it with Rice or Chapati or Naan.
